Although there is only a requirement for the Information Notice Period LPP proposals feedback to be submitted to Clackmannanshire Council along with the plan, we have also produced a feedback report on Community Action Plan projects from paper surveys collected during this period . Finally, a short report provides details on all the changes made following the Information Notice Period consultation.

FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOCAL PLACE PLAN
A Local Place Plan (LPP) & Community Action Plan (CAP) is a community-led plan for the future of a neighbourhood or place. A LPP is a new way for communities to influence development outcomes in their area. Download this one-pager for more information on Local Place Plans. Click here and scroll down to watch a two-part training video about what Local Place Plans are by Paul and Chiara who are leading the process.
This plan for Muckhart will lay out a delivery plan to benefit our area over the next 10 years. It will cover a range of topics like housing, youth, communications, greenspace improvements and active travel routes. It will also lay out ideas around land use, buildings and development and feed into Clackmannanshire’s next Local Development Plan (LDP).
Over the next few months we will work to gather the community’s views to submit our plan by the end of October 2025.
