Clackmannanshire Council ‘Report it’

If you have anything that you wish to be actioned by Clackmannanshire Council, then you should use the ‘Report it’ online portal. This could include road and pavement faults, street lighting faults, missed waste collection, breach of planning permission, fly tipping or overgrown core footpaths that need maintenance. It is unlikely that any faults are repaired unless they are reported through this portal. http://www.clacks.gov.uk/council/reportit/

Local crime alert

You may already be aware of a break-in that occurred at a property, in Cairns Place, in Pool of Muckhart, sometime yesterday.
Whilst the back door to the property was damaged, thankfully, nothing appears to have been taken. The Police were informed and have attended the property. This shows that opportunistic crime can take place at any time, anywhere. So, please ensure that you lock all of your doors and windows, when away from your property, and keep an eye out for any suspicious looking vehicles, or individuals, that may be present in the area.
Finally, please report anything, that you consider to be out of the ordinary, to the Police.

Invitation: Future of the Inner Forth – public event in Alloa 16th November 2017

We would like to invite you to a public event in Alloa Town Hall on 16th November (17:30 – 20:30). I attach a leaflet with full details.
The aim of the event is to facilitate discussion on the future of the Inner Forth shoreline amongst people living and working in the area. It will also be an opportunity to hear the results from recent research conducted by Edinburgh University.
