SCOTTISH TRUNK ROAD NETWORK MANAGEMENT CONTRACT – SOUTH EAST UNIT
M9 JUNCTION 10 SLIP ROAD CLOSURES
BEAR Scotland, acting on behalf of Transport Scotland, are planning to carry out essential concrete investigation works on the Craigforth Bridge at M9 Junction 10.
Slip road closures will be in place at M9 Junction 10 Craigforth on the night of Monday 14th February. The northbound on-slip and the southbound off-slip will be closed from 20:00 until 06:00.
Traffic wishing to join the M9 northbound at Junction 10 will be diverted via M9 Junction 9.
Traffic wishing to exit the M9 southbound at Junction 10 will be diverted via M9 Junction 11.
The works are programmed to ensure safety of road users and engineering staff alike, whilst minimising disruption to travellers.
The safety of maintenance workers remains a top priority during these essential projects and strict physical distancing protocols, in line with Scottish Government guidance, will be in place to ensure all on-site personnel remain safe throughout the duration of the project. Robust risk assessments have also been completed to ensure all staff are kept safe.
If you require any further information or would like to comment on the proposed works, please do not hesitate to contact Georgios Stravodimos by email at [email protected].
Yours faithfully,
SE Consultation
